Repeat script - Medication
This service allows you to request a repeat prescription for your ADHD medication. No consultation is needed unless you are due your 6-month review or have experienced significant changes in your health or any new side effects.
This option is only available to existing clients who are currently engaged in treatment with I Straker Consultants.
Your submission will be reviewed by a prescriber, and your prescription will be issued securely in line with our prescribing policy.
Please ensure the following before submitting:
You are stable on your current dose.
If you are due your 6-month review, you must book a review appointment instead of using this service.
Your blood pressure, pulse, and weight measurements must be submitted using the automated form before your prescription can be processed.
We are now working in partnership with Signature Pharmacy, who will dispense your medication directly to your designated address. Once your prescription has been issued:
Signature Pharmacy will invoice you directly for the medication cost, including postage and packaging (P&P).
Once payment is received, they will dispatch your medication directly to the address you have provided and will need to be signed for.
Repeat prescriptions will be issued within 3–5 working days after payment has been received.
Please note that repeat prescriptions are non-refundable.
