At ISC-CARE, we provide expert, evidence-based support for individuals and families exploring ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity. Our multidisciplinary clinicians offer clarity, compassion, and guidance at every stage — from initial screening to diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing wellbeing support.

ADHD Assessment Options
We offer three assessment pathways, allowing you to choose the level of documentation and follow-up support that best suits your needs.
Essential Assessment
A full ADHD diagnostic assessment including a structured clinical assessment, Consultant diagnostic confirmation, and formal diagnostic report suitable for sharing with your GP.
Enhanced Assessment
Includes the full diagnostic assessment plus detailed symptom reports (DIVA-5 for adults / Conners for children), a personalised adjustments report, and an additional Consultant follow-up session to discuss the diagnosis and potential treatment pathways.
Comprehensive Assessment & Treatment Package
Includes the full diagnostic assessment together with a complete medication titration package, providing a clear pathway from diagnosis through to treatment and stabilisation.
All assessments follow the same clinically robust diagnostic process with Consultant oversight, ensuring every diagnosis is safe, thorough, and professionally recognised.
Our adult ADHD assessments are comprehensive and clinically robust, exploring how symptoms affect focus, organisation, relationships, and emotional regulation. You’ll receive a formal diagnostic outcome together with clear recommendations for ongoing support or treatment where appropriate.

We offer child ADHD assessments designed with sensitivity and care, involving parents, carers, and where appropriate, information from schools or educational settings. Our reports provide clarity and practical guidance to help families and schools support each child’s development and wellbeing.
Families can choose from different assessment tiers, depending on the level of documentation and post-diagnosis support required. Each assessment follows a structured clinical process and includes Consultant oversight to ensure a safe and reliable diagnosis.
Our autism assessments for adults provide an in-depth exploration of communication, sensory experiences, and identity. We work with you to understand how autism may shape daily life and to identify personalised coping and support strategies.

Assessment process
At ISC-Care, we provide comprehensive ADHD and Autism (ASD) assessments delivered through a structured, clinically robust process that ensures accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance. Clients are first assessed by a Master’s-level Assistant Psychologist, either remotely via Microsoft Teams or in person at our Liverpool or Leeds clinics. ADHD assessments last up to 90 minutes, Autism (ASD) assessments are approximately 3 hours, and combined ADHD and ASD assessments are approximately 4 hours to allow for thorough exploration of developmental history and current presentation. Following this, each case is reviewed within our multidisciplinary framework and a 25-minute Microsoft Teams appointment is arranged with our Consultant, who finalises the diagnostic formulation and confirms the outcome. The Consultant appointment is included within the assessment fee. This two-stage model ensures that all assessments are detailed, evidence-based, and clinically sound, aligning with best practice standards and providing clients with clear, defensible diagnostic outcomes suitable for sharing with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
