Child ADHD Assessments at ISC-CARE

At ISC-CARE, we provide expert, affordable ADHD assessments for children, designed with neurodiverse needs in mind. Our clinics in Liverpool, Leeds, and London offer sensory-appropriate environments, and we also provide remote assessments across the UK so families can access care from home.

Assessment Process

At ISC-Care, our Child ADHD assessments follow a structured, thorough, and clinically robust pathway designed to ensure accuracy and safeguarding at every stage. The assessment is conducted by a Master’s-level Assistant Psychologist and lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. Appointments are available remotely for children aged 11 and over via Microsoft Teams, or in person at our Liverpool or Leeds clinics. The assessment includes a detailed exploration of developmental history, current presentation across home and school settings, and the use of validated screening tools, alongside parent or guardian input in line with NICE guidance.

Following the assessment, all information — including supporting documentation from parents, carers, and schools — is reviewed within our multidisciplinary framework. A 25-minute Microsoft Teams consultation is then arranged with our Consultant, who finalises the diagnostic formulation and confirms the outcome. This Consultant appointment is included within the assessment fee. Our two-stage model ensures that every Child ADHD assessment is comprehensive, evidence-based, and clinically sound, providing a clear report that can be shared with your GP and other professionals to support appropriate onward care where needed.

Pricing

We charge £575 for our Essential Child ADHD Assessments.

Our fees are intentionally lower than the UK average (£800–£1,500), reflecting our commitment to accessible and ethical care.

Please note that we only provide remote assessments for children over the age of 10, and we are currently unable to assess children who are non-verbal.

Means-tested reductions of up to 40% are available on our Essential ADHD Assessment package

Treatment & Titration

Following diagnosis, we offer a 12-week titration package (£390) with optional therapy support. This ensures safe, monitored medication adjustment and ongoing care.

Shared Care

Where possible, prescribing can transfer to the NHS under a Shared Care Agreement, with reviews every six months (£120). If not accepted by your GP, prescribing continues privately through ISC-CARE.
