Combined Adult ADHD & Autism Assessment
Comprehensive, compassionate neurodiversity assessment – £1,300
(3–4 hour appointment with full diagnostic report and personalised recommendations)
At ISC-CARE, we understand that ADHD and Autism often overlap — and that many adults are looking for a clear, joined-up picture of how their mind works. Our combined ADHD and Autism assessment provides a single, integrated process that saves time, reduces cost, and removes the uncertainty of navigating two separate assessments.
This in-depth, person-centred assessment helps you explore whether ADHD, Autism, or both may be influencing your experiences, relationships, and overall well-being. We take time to listen, understand, and provide you with the clarity and confidence you deserve.
What the Assessment Includes
Your appointment lasts approximately 3–4 hours and is conducted by a qualified clinician specialising in adult neurodiversity.
Each assessment includes:
A detailed clinical interview, exploring developmental, emotional, social, and occupational history.
Validated diagnostic tools for both ADHD and Autism (e.g. DIVA-5, AQ, EQ, RAADS-R, and other recognised screening measures).
Holistic consideration of co-occurring factors such as trauma, anxiety, or mood to ensure a full, accurate understanding.
A comprehensive diagnostic report, outlining your results, diagnostic conclusions, and tailored recommendations for daily functioning, mental health, and workplace adjustments.
Optional treatment pathway, offering safe and evidence-based medication titration within ISC-CARE’s CQC-regulated clinical team — including Consultant Pharmacist Prescribers, GPs, and Consultant Psychiatrists.
Access to ongoing therapeutic support (e.g. CBT, EMDR, coaching) through our multidisciplinary clinicians, where clinically appropriate.
Who This Assessment Is For
Our combined assessment is ideal for adults who:
Experience attention or focus difficulties alongside social or sensory differences.
Have previously been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism and wish to explore the other.
Prefer a single, efficient assessment process rather than two separate appointments.
Require a recognised diagnosis for healthcare, education, or workplace purposes.
Our Approach
At ISC-CARE, we believe in calm, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Every assessment is conducted in a supportive, neuro-affirming environment where you can reflect openly and without judgment.
Our clinicians bring together expertise across psychology, psychiatry, and pharmacy — ensuring every assessment and treatment recommendation is safe, transparent, and clinically robust.
