What's NOT included in consultation fees?

•        Medication costs: All cannabis-based medicinal products are prescribed through partner pharmacies. Medication costs vary depending on product type, strength, and quantity. Typical monthly medication costs range from £150-£300.

•        Pharmacy dispensing fees: Some partner pharmacies charge additional dispensing/delivery fees (typically £5-£15 per order).

Payment Terms

•        Payment is required at time of booking

•        Accepted payment methods: Debit/credit card, bank transfer and Klarna

•        Cancellation policy: 48 hours notice required for full refund; less than 48 hours = 50% fee retained; no-shows are charged in full

•        Care packages are non-refundable, but appointments can be rescheduled

•        21-day review: £65

•        Transfer to ongoing care (1st appointment with Nav): £50

•        2 x ongoing appointments: £100
