At ISC-CARE, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, evidence-based psychological and neurodevelopmental services, regardless of financial circumstance.
Our Means-Tested Discount Scheme provides reduced fees for eligible individuals across therapy, ADHD and autism assessment pathways, and associated medication titration and prescribing packages, while maintaining full clinical governance and NICE alignment.
Eligibility
You may be eligible if you are:
In receipt of income-related benefits (e.g. Universal Credit, ESA, JSA, Income Support, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, Pension Credit)
A full-time student
An older adult (state pension age) on a low or fixed income
Experiencing temporary financial hardship (e.g. redundancy, caring responsibilities, acute life events)

Services Covered
Psychological Therapy (remote or in-person)
ADHD Assessments (adult & child) – NICE-aligned, MDT-approved
Autism Assessments – NICE-aligned, MDT-approved
ADHD Medication Pathway, including:
Psychiatric review
Medication titration packages
Ongoing prescribing and shared-care preparation
Mediation Services (family and workplace – launching soon)
Instalment plans (e.g. Klarna) may be combined with approved discounts where clinically appropriate.
Application Process
Online Application (5–7 minutes)
Secure Evidence Upload (minimal documentation only)
Decision within 2 working days, with booking or pathway confirmation
All applications are handled in line with UK GDPR, clinical governance, and safeguarding standards.
Evidence Required (One or Two Items)
Benefits: recent DWP or Universal Credit statement
Students: valid student ID and enrolment confirmation
Older adults: Pension Credit or Council Tax Reduction evidence
Temporary hardship: redundancy notice, carer documentation, or redacted bank statement excerpt
