ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that can affect focus, attention, and daily life. With the right diagnosis and support, adults with ADHD can thrive. Our assessments follow NICE guidelines and provide a clear pathway to treatment when appropriate.

The Assessment Process

At ISC-Care, our Adult ADHD assessments are delivered through a structured and clinically rigorous two-stage process to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with best practice standards. The assessment is conducted by a Master’s-level Assistant Psychologist and lasts up to 90 minutes. Appointments are available remotely via Microsoft Teams or in person at our Liverpool or Leeds clinics. During this appointment, we undertake a detailed exploration of current symptoms, developmental history, functional impact, and screening measures in line with NICE guidance.

Following the assessment, your case is reviewed within our multidisciplinary framework and a 25-minute Microsoft Teams consultation is arranged with our Consultant, who finalises the diagnostic formulation and confirms the outcome. This Consultant appointment is included within the assessment fee. This robust two-stage model ensures that every Adult ADHD assessment is thorough, evidence-based, and clinically sound, providing a clear diagnostic report that can be shared with your GP or other healthcare professionals to support onward care where appropriate.

Assessments typically last up to 90 minutes, and cost:

£495 - Essential package - Consultant-confirmed ADHD diagnosis with a formal report suitable for GP sharing, treatment or titration pathways, and third-party services.

£745 - Enhanced package - All Essential package elements plus full DIVA-5 symptom report, personalised adjustments report for employer, school or university, and Consultant follow-up consultation.

Means-tested reductions of up to 40% are available on our Essential ADHD Assessment package

Treatment & Titration

Following diagnosis, you may choose to begin titration, a structured 12-week process where our prescribers help you find the most effective medication and dose. Therapy can be combined with titration for additional support.

• Titration Package (3 sessions): £390

• Titration + Therapy Package (3 prescriber + 3 therapy sessions): £510

• Individual Titration Session: £145

• Individual Therapy Session: £65

• Therapy Package (6 sessions): £340

Shared Care

Once stable on medication, we may arrange a Shared Care Agreement with your GP so prescribing can transfer to the NHS. If shared care is declined, prescriptions and reviews can continue privately.

• Shared Care setup fee: £50

• Six-monthly reviews: £120

• Private prescriptions (max 28 days): £33.50
