Low Income, Student & Benefits Discount Scheme

We are proud to offer one of the UK's few means-tested discount schemes for neurodiversity services. Eligible students, low-income households, and individuals receiving benefits may qualify for reduced fees, helping ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent access to assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Affordable ADHD Medication & Titration

We are equally committed to making ADHD treatment accessible. Our structured ADHD Medication & Titration Programme is designed to provide safe, effective medication optimisation with ongoing clinical support and monitoring throughout the process.

Where appropriate, treatment can be combined with therapy and wider wellbeing support, helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their ADHD journey.

We Always Encourage NHS Care Where Appropriate

Our aim is to help you access the treatment you need as quickly as possible—not to keep you paying for private care any longer than necessary.

If you choose to begin your ADHD treatment privately, we strongly recommend remaining on your NHS waiting list (or joining it if you are not already waiting). Once you reach the top of the NHS waiting list, your local NHS ADHD service may be able to take over your long-term care, which could reduce or remove the need for ongoing private medication reviews and prescribing costs.

Every NHS service operates differently, so we cannot guarantee the process or outcome. However, we believe it is important that all clients understand the long-term options available to them and can make an informed decision before starting treatment.

Appointment Cancellations

We appreciate that clients who cancel appointments at short notice often do so due to circumstances beyond their control. Unfortunately, it is rarely possible for us to fill appointments cancelled at short notice.

To enable us to continue providing a high-quality and sustainable clinical service, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or not attended, will be charged at the full appointment fee.
