Paying for Your Assessment or Treatment

We understand that seeking an assessment or support often happens at a point of real difficulty. Cost should not be another barrier at that moment. ISC-CARE has designed its payment approach to be fair, flexible, and straightforward, so clients can access care when it matters most.

Payments are handled securely through Stripe, giving access to multiple payment methods, including Klarna, which allows fees to be divided into instalments. This enables clients to spread the cost over time rather than delaying support. All available payment options are clearly presented through our secure payment links.

Reduced Fees & Financial Support

We recognise that payment plans are not sufficient for everyone. Some clients may still experience significant financial strain due to income level, student status, or reliance on benefits.

For this reason, ISC-CARE operates a discretionary, means-tested reduction scheme for clients who meet eligibility criteria. This scheme exists to ensure that financial hardship does not automatically exclude someone from accessing a private assessment.
