ADHD Medication After Diagnosis

Following a positive ADHD diagnosis, some individuals choose to explore medication as part of their treatment plan.

ADHD medication can help improve:

• Concentration and focus

• Organisation and planning

• Impulsivity

• Restlessness and hyperactivity

• Emotional regulation

• Executive functioning difficulties

Medication is not suitable for everyone and is always considered alongside an individual's medical history, personal circumstances, and treatment goals.

Many clients choose to combine medication with therapy, coaching, educational support, workplace adjustments, and lifestyle strategies to achieve the best outcomes.

ADHD Titration Leeds

Before long-term prescribing can be established, ADHD medication must be carefully adjusted through a process known as titration.

Titration involves introducing medication gradually and monitoring:

✓ Symptom improvement

✓ Side effects

✓ Blood pressure

✓ Heart rate

✓ Sleep and wellbeing

✓ Overall response to treatment

Our ADHD Medication & Titration Programme typically runs over 12 weeks and includes structured prescriber reviews to ensure treatment remains safe and effective.
