At ISC-CARE, we recognise the psychological demands placed on frontline and essential roles. We offer a fixed 20% discount across selected services to support access to timely, high-quality care.

Eligible Groups

• NHS staff (clinical & non-clinical)

• Police, Fire & Rescue

• Ambulance services

• Armed Forces & Veterans

• Social care workers

• Teachers & education staff

• Other essential public service roles (case-by-case)

We also extend the discount to the partners and children of eligible workers.

Services Covered

• Psychological Therapy (remote or in-person)

• ADHD Assessments (adult & child) – NICE-aligned, MDT-approved

• Autism Assessments – NICE-aligned, MDT-approved

• ADHD Medication Pathway, including:

  • Psychiatric review

  • Medication titration packages

  • Ongoing prescribing and shared-care preparation

Instalment plans (e.g. Klarna) may be combined with approved discounts where clinically appropriate.

(please note that repeat prescription costs are not included or covered by the means-tested discount scheme)

Application Process

1. Online Application (1-2 minutes)

2. Secure Evidence Upload (minimal documentation only)

3. Decision within 2 working days, with booking or pathway confirmation

All applications are handled in line with UK GDPR, clinical governance, and safeguarding standards.

Evidence Required

Current workplace photo ID (must not have lapsed)

Key Information

• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively

• Standard cancellation policy applies

• Scheme terms may be reviewed to maintain clinical safety and sustainability

• Fixed 20% discount

• Cannot be combined with means-tested scheme (Clients will be offered the most appropriate discount scheme, but discounts cannot be combined)

• Applied at booking stage

• Reviewed annually if needed

Important Note

Before applying, please consider if you are eligible for our means-tested discount, as you could be entitled to a larger discount than the flat rate of 20% attached to the blue light scheme. Please do not apply for both discounts, as this could result in being disqualified from both schemes.
